To ensure that our customers have a positive experience with our products, we offer a comprehensive warranty policy. It is designed to deliver total assurance for our customers while reducing their lifetime cost of ownership, and to demonstrate Ocolour’s profound confidence in our product and our Service Organization’s ability to deliver.
Spare Parts Warranty
As part of our commitment to quality and reliability, we offer free 1% spare parts for each order of our LED displays. This ensures that our customers always have the parts they need to keep their displays running smoothly. This 1% spare parts for immediate local service, including power supply, cooling fan, led module, receiving card, converting board, 5V DC cable inside the box, network cable, ribbon cable, plastic cover, LED lamps, driving IC, etc.
Lifetime Warranty
Buyers receive a 2- to 3-year limited overall warranty depending on the quality grade of the LED display they purchase. A limited 2-year extended overall warranty is available for a fee upon completion of the Extended Warranty Form.
